The popular Aqua Color paints are now available in all 88 colour shades. Here, the model builder no longer has to make any compromises and can fall back on this acrylic colour system for all his colour wishes.
The advantages of this colour system:
- Revell Aqua Color paints in completely new 18-ml containers are ideal for processing
- Colours can be diluted with water
- Colours have a mild odour
- Paints are not flammable
- Paints contain practically no organic solvents
- 88 different colours
- Colours can be mixed with each other
- The paint is completely dry after 2 to 3 hours
- A colour can be painted over after only one hour, i.e. 6 times faster than with the enamel colours
- The new colours and the existing enamel colours (14ml) can be painted on top of each other without any problems after the drying time has elapsed, but they cannot be mixed with each other
Suitable for airbrushing:
- The paint must not be diluted too much
- Dilute a maximum of 20 to 25% with water
- It is best to dilute the paint with Aqua Color Mix. This serves, among other things, as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun
- Clean the spray gun with water immediately after use
- If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Color Clean
Application with a brush:
- The colours can be brushed on and are characterised by high covering power
- Smooth surfaces after brushing - almost as good as with airbrushing
- Final result absolutely comparable to enamel colours
- Exceptional results when brushing
Caution. Not suitable for children under 36 months. Legal minimum age: 8 years. Use only under adult supervision.
