The T-34-85 is a Soviet medium tank manufactured between 1941 and 1958. During the Second World War, it played the role of the main tank of the Soviet armoured forces. Due to its extremely simple design, it was very easy to produce, use and repair. Many historians acknowledge that the T-34-85 tank was instrumental in the Allied victory in World War II. The vehicle was used by dozens of countries for many years after the end of the global conflict.
