The shores of Gottwals – the name already sounds like rough coastlines, wind-swept cliffs and wide, stormy seas. But the lands in the north-west of Aventuria offer much more than lonely rock islands and rugged fjords, because adventurous stories lurk in the wild highlands, the fertile marshes and the enchanted swamp and moorland.

This audio CD brings the sounds of the Aventurian north-west to your game, probably! It was designed by Ralf Kurtsiefer in collaboration with the DSA editorial team to bring you closer to the rough, mystical landscapes and the tough, but warm-hearted people who live there.

When there is a proper celebration in a Thorwaler longhouse or the highland barbarians come together for their power games, when brave Rekker bred Hranngar and brave tribal warriors take on long-forgotten horrors, you can create the atmosphere at the gaming table with this CD background music. Fateful sounds are heard when the Thorwhal seers predict the future and the Gjalsker shamans fathom the will of the spirits. And over it all wafts the mighty breath of those gods who are much more valued here than the twelve: The white body of the whale god Swafnir pervades the steel-gray waves, while the pounding steps of the divine mammoth Natru-Gon make the highlands tremble.
