Saber and ax, they are your most loyal companions. You trust your comrades, but even more you trust your abilities, your skill and your determination. You are a fighter, a good fighter, and good fighters are needed in Tobrien. The landscape is rough, partly still contaminated by demons, dangerous creatures lurk everywhere. But the fronts are no longer as clear as they were before, when Borbarad, the demon master, subjugated the country and enslaved the people. Nominally they have regained their freedom, but when allies turn out to be oppressors, when the baron is unable to protect his people, when the mercenary leader Gardula and her captain Sarkum, the red butcher, drop their masquerade, then a hero is sought who may not even suspect that he will have to be exactly this.

The red butcher is a solo adventure with which you can venture straight into the adventure without a master or teammate. You play as a mercenary and you encounter new challenges as you read it section by section. All your skills will be required to get away with healthy skin.

You don’t need any previous knowledge. A ready-to-play mercenary with whom you can embark on this adventure is included at the end of the volume, and all the rules and game mechanics are explained directly in the book.
