The floor model is a replica of the American A6M3 Zero Fighter Model 32 code-named “Hamp”. The Model 32 was an improvement and thus further development of the Model 21 and received an improved engine, as well as shorter redesigned main wings. The shortening of the main wings increased the speed of the Hamp by 11 Km/h. In total, only 343 aircraft of this series were produced, as the fuel consumption was very high and due to this, 1,000 km less could be flown than with the predecessor model.
