The floor model is a recreation of the Kawanashi Shiden Type 11. The Japanese Navy evolved from the Kawanashi N1k1 seaplane and had a unique pedigree among the world’s World War II long range fighters. In January 1942, Kawanishi Aircraft began adapting the aircraft. This project was soon officially approved as the N1k1-J, with the prototype flying in December 1942. The TAMIYA model kit version impresses to a high degree with its accuracy of fit as well as its attention to detail.

– The independent assembly is accompanied by step-by-step or illustrated assembly instructions. The assembly instructions are of course included in the delivery.
– Based on the assembly instructions, the precisely fitting individual parts must be assembled. The parts can be painted according to your own ideas.
– Tools, glue and paint are not included in the plastic kit. These must be purchased as an option.
