These are rubber tyre inserts designed for 24mm wheels. They come in pairs and the blue colour easily identifies the insert as soft hardness.
Internally moulded for medium narrow tyres. Ideal for low road temperatures and technical tracks. Used in combination with medium narrow tyres and wheels.

Note: The firmer the insert, the less traction your tyre will provide. The softer the insert, the more traction you get out of your tyres, but they also wear out faster.
