This floor model is a replica of the French R-35 tank, which was a two-man tank. In 1940 this tank was on the front line. While the armour of the R-35 was reliable, the 37 mm gun was not penetrative enough to penetrate the armour of German tanks. Due to the fall of France, production of the R-35 tank was reduced to 1600 units.
