The stand model is a replica of the Lotus Type 72D developed in 1972, which won 5 out of 12 races thanks to the Brazilian driver Emerson Fittipaldi. As a result, the Lotus team won the constructors’ title and Fittipaldi the drivers’ title. The characteristic tapered nose and the wedge-shaped bodywork are reproduced in detail alongside the torsion bar suspension and the side radiators. Thanks to the high accuracy of fit, the model that made Formula 1 history can be recreated in great detail.
