In ritual, each of you is a shaman. Together you try to perform a ritual to unleash the forces of nature and protect your homeland by arranging the elemental stones. To win the game, you must complete the 6 steps of the ritual within three timed rounds.

Ritual is a co-operative game in which you communicate about your actions instead of talking. You take coloured stones (the elemental stones) from other shamans or give them some. Your aim is to fulfil your own secret tasks first and then the public tasks of the ritual through this redistribution.

What makes the game special? / Why is it published by Strohmann Games?
Ritual blew us away right from the start. The game is very unusual, so it may take a first round for it to “click”, but then you are immediately infected. Although you try to communicate silently through your actions, the game is characterised by great emotion at the table and is simply a lot of fun.

In fact, Ritual is our first “own” game and not just a pure localisation. However, the original version sold by the author in small numbers at trade fairs was already so perfect that we didn’t have to make any editorial changes to the game itself. We only reworked the graphic design and the game material.
