This expansion adds two new modules to the Fort deck-building game: dogs and cats. You can use them individually or together, as you wish.

Dogs are loyal. If you play one, it will (usually) stay in your doghouse, but they are picky, so you can only play a dog if you meet its needs. If you neglect a dog, it will run away. In the end, whoever has the most dogs in their doghouse gets seven points!

Cats are fickle. They act at certain times and move around a lot. Cats are attracted to another player if their yard has cards of certain colours, even if the cat’s current owner also has them. However, the more cats you have at the end of the game, the more points you get.

The basic game Fort is required to play.
