(Too) many birds on a tightrope!

If you’ve never heard of fuzzy tits, long feathered finches or waved starlings before, you should definitely play the visually and playfully appealing “Federflink”. In this game, the colourful birds pose for a selfie on wire ropes and provide plenty of chirping and excitement both in the game against each other and in the cooperative version.

Young birds and adult specimens cavort on the ground and on wire ropes in “Federflink”. A wire is stretched between three wooden poles of varying strength for different levels of difficulty. The aim is to position the birds up there so that they correspond to one of the images on the selfie cards. In order to get the best spot for a selfie pose, the cheeky birds can also push others to the side, but only with the bird figure and never with their hands. Flapping between the wire ropes requires a bit of luck and fine motor skills.

Even if it’s not your turn, it’s always worth keeping an eagle eye on the progress of the game and the movements of all the birds in “Federflink”. Because if one of your own selfie cards happens to match the current arrangement, you can take a picture (and score points) in between.

“Federflink” requires both precise observation skills and dexterity. The eye-catching, three-dimensional structure of the game, in which the two sturdy box parts are used, means that “Federflink” is also visually appealing and encourages spatial thinking in children and adults.
