In ancient times, the creature that would become Subterranean Lurking Fangs was a tiny spirit of sandy coastal regions. He waited patiently for small prey, which he then shooed into his open mouth. He only went hunting when fresh prey was scarce. Most spirits of his kind remained small, but this one happened to take a bite out of Amber-Eyed Behemoth. He grew and learned to move under the surface of the earth in a way that is normally impossible. He avoids the Dahan, who in turn have long known his ways and have made peace with him, so to speak. The invaders do not have these advantages.
Underground Lurking Fangs is an additional spirit for Spirit Island with low complexity. He tries to place his presences in areas with invaders so that he can use his Range 0 abilities. The first effect of his Permanent ability gives him mobility. This Spirit has a weak “play cards” presence bar and strong but expensive starting abilities. It is therefore better at destroying many invaders in single areas than single invaders in many different areas.
