A spirit of warm and gusty air, Sun Bright Whirlwind swirls leaves and dust into little windbanks, snatches unsecured objects, and sometimes – out of fun, anger or simply force of nature – howls across the island, bending trees and sweeping twigs, pebbles, shells and birds’ nests. Some Dahan interpret his appearance as a good sign to go on a journey.
Others have tried to entrust messages to him – with mixed success, as he is prone to pranks and deliberately mixes up the words of the messages. Sun Bright Whirlwind is an additional spirit for Spirit Island with low complexity. He can move explorers out of areas that have just been discovered, preventing them from building there. He is weaker in dealing with villages and cities. He can place a maximum of one presence per turn.
If he focuses on his energy bar, he will tend to neglect his permanent ability. Or he increases the number of cards he may play each turn and tries to perform all the effects of his Permanent Ability.
