With Tucana Builders, the stand-alone successor to the Flip & Write game Trails of Tucana, players return to the tropical archipelago. After several volcanic eruptions, it is now their task to create a network of trails so that the scattered animals can find their way back to their villages.
In each of the two rounds, a total of twelve terrain cards are revealed. The player’s task is to place a path tile on their own island map each turn. The chosen field must correspond to the landscape drawn and there should be as many paths as possible for the animals to find their way home. The yellow pumas must be connected to yellow houses to score points, the red snakes to red houses and so on. Toucans are compatible with all house colours. Whoever can lead the most animals home safely wins the game of Tucana Builders.
