The storm rages and the earth shakes on Atlantis. Large parts of the land are already sinking in the floods. The predictions of the oracle are unmistakable: the ancient prophecy has come true and soon the whole island will sink. To avoid the approaching disaster, the king sends out his best people. They are to find a new home for the people of Atlantis. The survival of the entire civilisation depends on it!
As the leader of such an expedition, it is up to the players in Orichalkum to explore the nearby islands, make them usable and free them from monstrous creatures so that the great resettlement of the Atlantians can succeed. To do this, they choose a tile with one to three landscape squares and a card with an action each turn. They place the tile on their own island tableau, then they may carry out the action of the card. This allows them to recruit powerful hoplites, mine the legendary metal orichalcum in their mines, fight monstrous creatures, construct buildings or temples and forge orichalcum medals. The first player to collect five victory points above his island tableau and defeat all creatures on the island through medals, temples and the help of the mighty Titans wins.
