The stand model is a replica of the Panzer Kampfwagen IV. The Panzer IV was developed in the first months of the 2nd World War to provide the German tanks with a better protected vehicle with a 7.5-CM gun. This was a response to the limitations of its predecessor Model III with a 5 CM gun compared to the threat posed by enemy means, particularly the Soviet T 34, which was equipped with an arm of this calibre as well as good armour. The Model IV tank was used extensively by the German army on all fronts during World War II. Many different incrementally improved versions were produced to counter the ongoing improvements in the enemy’s means.

– The high-quality kit from Italeri must be assembled by the customer.
– The independent assembly is accompanied by step-by-step and illustrated assembly instructions. The assembly instructions are of course included in the scope of delivery.
– Based on the assembly instructions, the precisely fitting individual parts must be assembled. The parts can be painted according to your own ideas.
– Tools, glue and paint are not included with the plastic kit. These must be purchased as an option.
