The stand model is a recreation of the Crusaders from the 12th – 13th centuries. This military and monastic order appeared in the Holy Land at the time of the Third Crusade, but focused on colonising East Prussia, Poland and the Baltic countries, bringing Catholicism to the East. In 1199, Pope Innocent 3 gave them the white cloaks with a black cross, which became the badge of the Order. In 1242, the knights of the Order were defeated by Alexander Nevsky, Prince of Novgorod, at the Battle of Lake Peipus.
