The floor model is a 1:72 scale replica of the F-35B Lightning II single-seat aircraft. The JSF Joint Strike Fighter programme was a development project to create a new 5th generation all-weather, multi-role combat aircraft to replace the existing American and NATO strike fighter force. The aerospace team, led by aircraft manufacturer Lockheed Martin, developed the single-seat, single-engine F-35 Lightning II. This fighter uses stealth technology and features trapezoidal wings and the application of the most advanced high-tech systems, materials and avionics.
The F-35 Lightning II is already a milestone in the world of 21st century military aviation due to its operational flexibility, advanced on-board technology, innovative design and performance features, among other things.
