In Deception: Murder in Hong Kong the players take on roles in a thriller full of intrigue, murder, conclusions and deception. One player is the murderer: He secretly selects the murder weapon and the evidence he leaves behind at the scene. Another player plays the forensic scientist, who has the key to catching the perpetrator, but is only allowed to communicate with the other players via the crime scene analysis. They are investigators and try to solve the case based on the clues ? but the perpetrator is one of their own. The investigators must work together wisely, follow their intuition and draw the right conclusions to find the murder weapon and evidence and catch the killer. The murderer, for his part, must confuse and mislead the investigators to save his own skin.
