Divide into 2-4 players or teams. (If playing in teams, determine the order of players before you begin. Also choose a “team drinker.”) Each player/team chooses a player area and a shot glass of the same colour. Fill your shot glass with a drink of your choice and then place it on the empty space closest to you. At the same time, all players compete to get their ring on their hook. If you are playing in teams, you take turns swinging – each player has 3 swings before changing players. Each time, the player/team who makes it to the centre wins the round! The winner must shout “Drink” and all losers must drink their own shot glasses. (In teams, the “team drinker” of the losing team takes the shot). To start a new round, all players/teams refill their shot glasses and put them back in the starting position.
