In the spooky game Night Of Frights, each player takes turns in three steps. First, you take two items from the pool and place them face up in the numbered rooms. Then you use action tiles to carry out various actions, such as going into neighbouring rooms, picking up all the items in your room or showing items to make yourself even scarier. When you show matching items, you can remove them by flipping your character token upwards and sliding it up the fear meter according to the number of symbols. This can help you catch the guardian located in room 1 or 2 if your character coin is facing up on the fear meter. Use an action coin to catch the guard and win the game! But be careful: Each turn begins with turning over the top event card and carrying out the corresponding actions. Then shuffle the box and count the number of tiles on the fear display. If you draw a guardian tile, you capture the guardian and win the game. If you only draw miss tiles, put them back in the box and take new action cards. Then flip your character tile over with the tile on the fear meter facing down and you must discard items to scare yourself even more before you can try to catch the guardian again. If you run out of action tiles or can no longer perform any actions, you pass all action tiles to the player on your left. The first player to catch the guard wins. But be careful, the guardian can also escape! If all players have tried to catch the guardian and the event pile is empty, Freddy Fazbear’s guardian escapes and all players lose the game.
