7 custom-fit foam inserts provide space for all 103 miniatures of the two houses.
From Tyrion Lannister, to the Outriders of the Starks, to the “Mountain” Ser Gregor Clegane – every miniature has the right compartment.
Wrapped in soft foam, the figures are optimally protected from damage. The swords and halberds remain sharp and the Lannisters’ and Starks’ banners still wave proudly in the wind even after rough transport journeys.
If you paint your miniatures, you no longer need to worry about them sliding around or bumping into each other, ruining hours of painstaking painting. The colours remain intact and free from scratches.
A customised insert is included for the game material. It is divided into 3 large compartments. The Infantry Movement Trays and the Cavalry Movement Tray can be stored in the large compartment. The top two compartments are for storing the playing cards, dice and tokens. One of the compartments has a recess so that the Solo Movement Trays fit in perfectly.
This means that the game accessories are stored compactly in one place. No tokens or dice get lost and the newly gained organisation saves you time and nerves when setting up the game.
With the additional 2 half-size foam inserts, you also have the option of storing the corresponding Deluxe Activation Tokens for the Lannister and Stark houses in the form of the plastic banners. Of course, you can also fill the two mats with other miniatures from the Kickstarter campaign instead.
Each of the 24 compartments is 73 mm long x 36 mm wide x 30 mm deep.
All the miniatures from the starter set are stored together with the game material. Finally, a foam lid ensures that everything is securely packed and ready to travel. The rulebook and the larger cardboard parts are placed on top of this.
The storage boxes made of coated, double-wall cardboard are not only lightweight, but also particularly robust and therefore ideal for storing foam mats and miniatures safely and protected from dust. They are also easy to transport thanks to the plastic carrying handle.
