This set consists of ESD foam inserts and an ESD Euro container ESD ED 32/17 HG. Ideal for 3.5″ hard drives in production, storage or logistics. There is space for up to 6 hard drives with standard dimensions of 147 mm x 102 mm x 26 mm.
Internal hard drives with exposed electronics are particularly susceptible to data corruption through electrostatic discharge. The transport box and foam are therefore made of antistatic material, which has been proven to prevent static discharge. The set is therefore also suitable for protecting hard drives for multi-way use on conveyor belts.
The connections of the hard drives are accessible by vertical storage for uncomplicated commissioning. A protrusion of the hard drives from the foam provides space for labelling.
