This Feldherr ESD foam set with Euro container ED 43/17 HG enables clear storage and safe transport of up to 60 hard drives (2.5″), electronic devices and components.
The electrostatically dissipative ESD foam insert has 60 cut-outs and is ideal for e.g. SSD / HDD hard drives (up to 2.5″), circuit boards or other electronic components. The high-quality polyurethane (PU) foam offers a high level of protection against electrostatic discharge and therefore ensures the safe transport of sensitive devices.
The foam insert measures 360 mm x 260 mm x 90 mm high. It does not have a base.
To protect the electronic devices / components from impact damage, the set also includes two ESD foam bases for covering and a self-adhesive studded foam for the lid of the Euro Box. The set also includes an ESD levelling base for levelling the base of the Euro container.
The sturdy ESD Euro container with hinged lid from AUER Packaging offers additional protection for the contents. The lid and hinges are made from the same antistatic material as the container. Electrostatic charges are prevented and existing charges are reliably dissipated.
Note:We would like to point out that the flow orientation of the material, which depends on the processing method, may result in different electrical properties of the finished part.
