The pre-perforated grid allows the foam to be customised to most shapes. It is therefore ideal as protection for the transport of various industrial goods, such as medical equipment, individual tool parts or technical devices.
The grid foam is perforated with a grid of 15 mm x 15 mm x 90 mm in height. It also has an all-round edge of 15 mm.
We use a 10 mm thick base (DEMENL010) as a base, which fits exactly into the recess of the Auer Packaging boxes.
The dimpled foam serves as a top cover and is cut to fit the lid of the Auer Eurobox perfectly. As the dimpled foam insert is equipped with a self-adhesive film, you do not need any additional aids. All you have to do is remove the adhesive film from the foam insert and stick the self-adhesive side into the hinged lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can therefore be designed, customised and used according to your personal requirements without any special tools.
The Euro container with hinged lid from AUER Packaging can be closed in next to no time thanks to the easy-to-use hinge system. Your goods are therefore optimally protected against transport damage and soiling.
