This ESD studded foam is used to protect sensitive electronic devices / components such as mobile phones, hard drives and smartphones during transport. The high-quality polyurethane (PU) foam reliably prevents electrostatic discharge. The corrugated shape also ensures that the foam adapts to the transported goods and thus has a cushioning effect in the event of falls.

We recommend using the dimpled foam as protection in the lids of transport boxes, as this prevents your goods from hitting the box lid and being damaged.

The ESD dimpled foam is cut to fit the lids of all Euroboxes (AUER Packaging) with a base area of 400 mm x 300 mm. As the dimpled foam has a self-adhesive function, you do not need any additional aids. Just take a few seconds to remove the adhesive film from the dimple and place the self-adhesive side in the hinged lid of the Eurobox.

Note: The adhesive used is not ESD-compatible.
