There is no end to the exciting adventures in HeroQuest. The expansions catapult you from dark cellar vaults to the icy peaks of the north and the mysterious realm of the elves. But the real challenge is to store everything in such a way that your valuable figures remain intact and your game materials are neatly stowed away.

We have the ideal solution for you so that your brave heroes don’t suddenly have to fight with broken weapons against opponents without limbs: this Feldherr foam set. With the five Feldherr foam inserts and the two sturdy plastic token holders, you can transport the entire contents of the base game and all expansions safely and organised in the original base game box. This keeps everything well protected and ready for the next thrilling adventure of your hero troop.

– The set fits exactly into the original board game box of the “HeroQuest (2021)” base game from Avalon Hill.

– It offers space for all miniatures, terrain pieces and the complete game accessories of the “HeroQuest (2021)” base game and the expansions “The Bastion of Kellar’s Keep”, “The Return of the Witch Lord”, “The Icy Terror” and “The Mirror Mage”.

– Two token holders made of robust plastic offer space for small game material.
– All cards also fit with protective sleeves* (max. outer dimensions: 67 x 94 mm).
– Larger game components – screen, game board and oversized cardboard pieces – are placed on the foam cover. The book of rules and the books of challenges find a suitable storage place in the insert for “The Icy Terror”.
– The cardboard insert supplied is no longer needed as the foam inserts hold the contents of the box in place.
– The lid of the tall board game box protrudes by around 14 cm, the lid of the flat box by around 17 cm.

Five foam inserts ensure that all of your miniatures and terrain pieces are kept in place, that all your miniatures and terrain pieces are well protected. The models, doors and furniture from the basic game are distributed across two inserts, while the miniatures and terrain pieces from the expansions “Kellar’s Bastion Keep” and “The Return of the Witch Lord” share one insert. The figures from “The Icy Terror” are given a 60 mm high foam insert for protection and the contents from “The Mirror Mage” are stored in a 70 mm high tray.

Whether gallant elf, stone sarcophagus or angry gargoyle, all hero and opponent models, as well as all terrain pieces, are given their own customised tray. You can store decorative elements such as rats or skulls directly with the corresponding terrain pieces or separately in one of the free compartments.

The customised cut helps you to sort the figures and ensures that each miniature sits firmly in its compartment. Nothing slips out of place, even during transport through the mysterious kingdom of the elves. Sensitive parts such as swords, scythes or wings are optimally protected from damage. If you have painted your models, you can be sure that the colours will remain intact even after transport.

There are additional compartments in the trays and two plastic token holders for dice and your small game material.

The brown token holder can be stored in the 45 mm high insert and the white token holder in the 60 mm high insert. Place the blocks with personality passes on the brown token holder or next to the white token holder. Next to the white tray, you can also store other base parts. Protect them with the small foam lid.

Place the challenge books and oversized cardboard pieces on the white token holder and the lid.

Your playing cards can be stored in various compartments of the inserts and in the white token holder. Of course, the cards with protective sleeves fit into the compartments.

Once everything is safely and neatly stowed away, secure the top insert with the large foam lid. Place larger game components such as the screen, the game board and oversized cardboard pieces on the lid.

The lid of the board game box protrudes by approx. 14 cm. To ensure a stable, transportable fit of the lid despite the overhang, the set also includes a Feldherr Flex Cross Band blue (size XL).

Would you also like to store the contents of the Mystic Box in the box? No problem, get the separately available Feldherr foam insert HBMFFU060BO. Please note, however, that this will increase the overhang to approx. 200 mm.
