But a black shadow is looming over the small town of Arkham. Alien beings, the ancient ones, lurk in the void beyond space and time and wallow on the thresholds between the worlds. Occult rituals must be stopped and alien creatures destroyed before the Ancient Ones spread their destructive reign of terror over the earth.

Only a small group of investigators oppose the horror that threatens to tear the world apart. Will they be successful?

Arkham Horror 3rd Edition is a cooperative board game for one to six players who take on the role of investigators and try to rid the world of creepy beings. Better known than the great old men. Based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft players must collect clues, defeat fearsome monsters, and find tools and allies if they want a chance. Can you defeat the creatures that live just behind the veil of our reality?
