A mid-sized SUV car produced under the Czech Škoda brand. The Kodiaq VRS model was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in October 2018. It is the fastest Kodiaq and the most expensive Škoda available in this family. It contains Škoda’s most powerful diesel engine, the 2.0-litre bi-turbo diesel engine. The Kodiaq has a more aggressive design and sportier finish. From 2019, the UK police will use the Škoda Kodiaq vRS as a police car. The name Kodiaq refers to the Kodiak bear that lives on Kodiak Island off the south coast of Alaska.
