House Baratheon’s philosophy of “Heavy weapons and even heavier armor” also applies to their cavalry. The Stag’s Warriors are among the most heavily armed units in all of Westeros. These mounted knights rush into battle in full plate armor. Nevertheless, they are considered to be extremely agile. These knights are ideal for flanking or simply to push into the heart of the opposing army and break the opposing formation from within.
The Champions of the Stag expansion for the A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game gives House Baratheon players a heavy cavalry option for their army. With a strong defense and morale, as well as several wounds per miniature, they can withstand enemy attacks very well. But they also have offensive abilities that make them extremely dangerous.
