Our spare parts service for you
If something is missing from your new board game or hobby set or a production error occurs, we are of course there for you!
Simply use our spare parts form and we will take care of the rest.
Important information:
- Worn or lost parts:
Unfortunately, we can only offer replacements for parts that were missing due to production faults or during manufacture. Unfortunately, we cannot help with damage caused by improper handling or loss. - Availability of spare parts:
We or the game manufacturers have spare parts in stock for most current products. However, this is more difficult for items that we no longer have in our range. Just ask – maybe we can still help! - Attach a photo:
If you upload a photo of the defective or missing component in the form, this will help us to find the fault more quickly and improve our products if necessary. - Processing time:
We usually process requests within two weeks. However, in special cases, such as games that are no longer in stock, it may take longer. We will of course keep you up to date! - Tracking information:
As we usually send spare parts as a consignment, there is no tracking number. But don’t worry – within Germany, your shipment should reach you in around 3 to 5 days. - Buy components?
Unfortunately, we do not sell individual parts of games. We usually have to open new games to remove the parts – and unfortunately we can’t offer that.
