To register a return or complaint, please note the following instructions.
How can I return items?
You can return your order or individual items from it to us within 14 days. Returning orders should be convenient for you and save resources at the same time. For this reason, paper returns slips are no longer enclosed with our parcels.
If you would like to return an order, you can easily request your return label online via your customer account in the respective order. Please note that your return is only free of charge if you use the pre-paid return label. Otherwise, you will have to return the goods at your own expense, as we are unfortunately unable to refund any postage costs.
If you would like to return items from your order, please follow our instructions below:
Return form
Our delivery bill, which can be used as a return form, is enclosed with the shipment. Please enclose this delivery bill (or a copy of it) with the shipment.
Optionally, you can tell us the reason for the return on the delivery note. The delivery note helps us to allocate your return to your account and process it more quickly.
Shipping instructions
We do not accept freight collect shipments!
Return the items complete with all accessories – i.e. with all parts that you received from us on delivery. Please return the goods to us in the original box (if supplied) including operating instructions, accessories, etc. or in an appropriate outer box.
If possible, send the items back to us with the return label provided. You can create a return label for all returnable items in your customer account in the respective order. This is valid for 30 days after creation. However, please note our cancellation periods valid at the time of purchase.
For returns, use packaging that is suitable for protecting the goods against typical transport risks. You can also simply use our packaging again for the return shipment. This saves money and protects our environment.
Incorrect delivery, wrong delivery or wrong quantity delivered
In the event of an incorrect or short delivery, please send us an e-mail or use the contact form, stating your customer number (see My Dashboard in the customer account) and order number (see order confirmation by e-mail).
Please enclose detailed photos of the parcel and its contents (including cardboard packaging and filling material). Please also compare the part numbers of the parts received with the part numbers on the enclosed invoice/delivery note in advance. We will check the process and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
