Why can’t I log in?
Did you pay for your purchase with Paypal Express or Amazon Pay? Then you probably ordered as a guest and may not have created a customer account yet.
However, if you have already created a customer account and cannot log in, please reset your password. Simply click on the Forgot password link directly below the login field. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support.
I would like to order something – do I need a customer account?
Not necessarily. If you have an account with PayPal or Amazon, you can also complete your purchase with us as a guest with just a few clicks. In this case, registration is not necessary.
I have forgotten my password, what now?
No problem. If you click on the Forgot password link under the login field, an input field will open where you can enter your e-mail address. Click on the Request password button. Please make sure that you enter the e-mail address that you entered when you registered. You will then receive an e-mail with which you can reset your password.
You have not received an e-mail?
Then please check your spam folder. Can’t you find an email there to reset your password? Then use the search function of your e-mail account to check whether you have registered with us using this address.
How can I change my e-mail address?
Quite simply in your customer account. Log in to your customer account as usual. You can change your name, password and e-mail under Personal data.
